The first 1,000 days, from preconception to your child's second birthday, is the most powerful window of opportunity you'll ever have to shape your baby's lifelong health. And yours too.

I'm Kelly Suggate, a Certified Practicing Nutritionist specialising in women's and children's nutrition (from preconception and pregnancy through postpartum recovery, and your baby's early years of eating). I'm here to help you feel nourished, informed, and confident through every stage of this journey.
I work with women who are trying to make sense of conflicting advice on starting solids, fussy or selective eating, eczema, and gut symptoms in babies and toddlers, and nutrient deficiencies or other health issues that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. If you've Googled everything, tried what your mothers' group suggested, and still feel like no one's looking at the whole picture, that's exactly where I come in.

Every 1:1 consultation is personalised. No generic meals plans, no overwhelming protocols, just an evidence-based plan built around what's actually going on for you or your child.

What others are saying..
After the birth of my second baby Kelly was able to suggest some simple, effective changes to enable me to get through a busier day in a healthier and sustainable way. She is a fountain of healthy knowledge and avid researcher to boot. I would definitely recommend seeing her if you are pregnant or postpartum!
Carlie M - Mum of 2, postpartum
Kelly helped me a lot in terms of educating me on what I should be eating in my second pregnancy. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped with a detailed summary and plan which best suited my individual needs.. If only I did this the first time around!
Keirra M - Mum of 2, pregnancy
Thanks to Kelly I feel vibrant! Which is what I wanted and the reason I had a consultation with her. I am generally a health person, but postpartum requirements are more complex than I thought. Kelly helped me navigate where I was going wrong and describe exactly what I needed to feel my best.
Sophie G - Mum of 2, postpartum
I had a wonderful experience working with Kelly. She supported me with thoughtful nutrition guidance during a phase when I was experiencing weight gain and suspected perimenopause symptoms. I really appreciated how well she listened and how she tailored her suggestions to my preferences and goals. Her approach felt supportive, realistic, and truely helpful.
Michelle M - Mum of 2, perimenopause
Kelly has helped me transition my baby to solids smoothly! She gave me so much knowledge on the nutrients he needs at 7 months. I didn't know where to begin before I met with her, I highly recommend her for mums and bubs.
Nicole R - First time mum, starting solids
I met with Kelly after having my third baby to get advice to avoid depletion and boost my energy to keep up with my young children. She was warm and welcomein, and after implementing her recommendations I am already noticing improvement within myself.
Nicole B - Mum of 3, postpartum
